This was a great branch. Everyone that I met and spoke with was nothing but helpful. I can't wait till these comments and reviews online mean nothing - because nothing but angry hateful people write negative things because their lives are terrible and want to take it out on someone else.
Staff not the friendliest, but some branches are better than others. I have a FedEx credit union account, as well as a.Midflorida account at the branch I do business at, yet when I go to the drive-thru, they always tell me I have to go inside. No one has ever been able to explain that to me. Between my husband and me, we have a pretty decent amount of money in this facility, so better treatment would be welcome. We are considering changing banks if we can find one that honors credit unions.
Never had a problem here. Tellers were nice, no complaint.
This is not a review of the Sebring branch but of Midflorida CU as a whole. Midflorida Credit Union is the worst CU or bank I have ever used. They promise the moon to get you to join but won't do a damn thing for you once you're in. Trying to get the simplest things done in person or online is an ordeal, and their commercial division is even worse if you're a small business owner. I applied for a $5k line of credit over two weeks ago and STILL haven't gotten an answer from them. Needless to say, I am in the process of finding a new credit union. Thanks for nothing Midflorida. you SUCK!
Horrible!!! Absolutely, the worst experience I've ever had with a financial institution. They will lie about service fees and tell what "they legally have to" and nothing further. Do not trust them with your money.
