New facility, very nice. Drive through was very busy! Going inside for my food was faster. The 2 issues I noticed was that service was extremely slow and the grease in the fryer needed changing as the fries had an aftertaste of old grease.
The service is pretty good. But it's always always packed. Just order to go cause you may not have anywhere to sit.
Took 20 min to get served then forgot 2 meals ...my standards are pretty low for mcdonalds so i gave it a 3
Dining area was littered with used napkins,papers from straws,customer receipts on floor,soda and drinks all over fountain area,garbage overflowing to floor from garbage receptacles,dirty tables,my order completely wrong. The dining experience was unacceptable.
Just wanted an ice cream. Sat in drive thru for around 20 minutes or more and gave up. The worst management I have seen especially since it has two pick up windows and was just rebuilt or remodeled. Sebring
