As usual, Enterprise Sebring cheerfully picked me up at the Amtrak station when I called, promptly provided the agreed-upon size of car in clean and comfortable condition, and reversed the process 10 days later to get me back to the train station on time. My regular visits from Virginia to Ft. Myers would not be possible without my Enterprise friends in Sebring. Thanks again.

Well when I picked up the car everything looked fine but after I had gotten in and drove away I noticed that there was no cruise control in the car and I would think if you know that we are driven this car for a distance you would think that the agent would have thought that it would be nice to have never have rented a car so old the windows were dirty and the car wasn't very clean was not happy with the car that I was given knowing that I was driving so far I would have thought they would have given me something better or at least newer
I WAS a regular customer of Enterprise for years as they use to offer convenience to their customers. Now I won't use them anymore since they decided to scam people out of additional rentals due to their hours of pick up and delivery on weekends at remote locations. Enterprise it's not the customers fault you decide to close early on Saturdays, this type of bait and switch of requiring people to rent for 3 days when they only have need for a 1 day rental is chasing customers away and why big corporations like yours constantly struggle to keep regulars coming back, there no longer is respect or gratitude for regular customers it's just too easy to say bye to them. If you make it inconvenient for your customers when your offer of convenience is what brought them to you originally then you no longer hold the advantage over your competition and that makes it easy for us to say bye to you in turn.
