Once upon a time (pre-2015) this was a good place to take your vehicle for oil changes. ties, tune ups, etc. It's all changed now. Whole new staff. Severely reduced staff. Unable to carry out simple repairs without ridiculous waits. Went in yesterday for 2 new tires and told it was all booked up for the day and to make an appointment for 08:00 am the following day. Come back the next morning at 08:00 to find 4 other people in the same situation. Facility opens at 08:00. No front end people there. No mechanics there. First employee shows up 30 minutes late. One mechanic shows up with the second an hour late. Also discover that they had left their Sear's store door unlocked for the night. Second front end person shows up 45 minutes late. Complains of taking too many muscle relaxers the previous evening. Some people there on their 4th rescheduled appointment. The whole place needs a complete turnover with new personnel.
This store in the Lakeshore Mall, Sebring Florida purposely sabotaged my 75 year old mom's car. My husband took it to them for an oil change. The car ran perfectly on the way to their center. Oil change took an hour, then my husband left the store, got maybe 1 to 1 1/2 miles down the road and warning lights came on and then the car died. The car was still under warranty so we called the dealer. They came and towed the car to their Chevrolet dealership. When they hooked it up to their diagnostic computer, the car threw at least 5 codes. Then they started to investigate and found a "very clean" towel stuffed into the air intake, which shut off all air flow to the engine. Repairs and the tow for this was $160.00. This area is mostly retired elderly people and I have to wonder how many people have trusted them with their cars and to have them sabotage their cars to break down.
Very honest mechanics. I have used them for over a year and have not had any issues. Reasonably priced too.
