I was towed in and the manager fit me in quickly - even though they were experiencing high customer requests for service. I am a "frequent flyer" there, so they know me.
Do not go here! I went in for an alignment that I already paid for and an A/C diagnostic. They didn't do the alignment, and they did an evacuate/recharge on my A/C instead and charged me more. I feel like they played me, making me wait around while they charged $95 an hour shop fees. I will never step foot in there again, and you shouldn't either.
Lisa at the front desk was very kind over the phone. It was busy when I arrived but I just needed my tire pressure topped off and a service manager came out to see that I was helped fast. Josh the technician had it all done within 5 minutes and taught me a few things! Great service and great people.
Wonderful customer service. Friday night and we got a flat 45 minutes away on our way to legoland. Spoke to Chris who told us they would wait for our arrival and take care of the flat. Sure enough they did!! Great group of guys! Thank you so much for helping us in what was a very stressful situation with two little kids.
They scratched 3 rims. Grinded the gears on my mustang and never own up to their mistakes. I tried them again a few months later and they scratched my rims again. I even asked the manager to look at them before he started working on them. He finished and my rims were fu@$ed up again. He said they were like that. The worst service around
