While on hold for 20 mins they tell you its a judgment free place. Meanwhile the entire time the doctor is talking to me lile im the scum of the earth because of i have to have a bit of work done. Not fond of her at all.

I cannot complain much about Aspen Dental. The quality of their dentistry is good. Two things I can say, however. First, they are not the fastest as far as scheduling appointments. I once broke a tooth and couldn't get in for almost 3 weeks. The second thing that I don't like is that it's impossible to establish a rapport with your dentist because you never get the same dentist twice. I do miss having a personal dentist that knows me, that I have a relationship with over time. Aspen Dental doesn't give you that. Those things aside, if you have no problem with that, you'll be happy with Aspen Dental.

My one and only visit here was great and the staff was very nice. I called a month or so later to make another appointment. When the receptionist answered I told her what I wanted and she said ok and put me on hold. She came back awhile later and asked if she could call me back in 10 minutes to which I said ok. She didn't call back. I called the next day and got a different receptionist, I explained to her what was going on and she put me on hold for so long the phone hung up. I'm done with Aspen Dental.

The main issue I had was the dental hygienist left my procedure twice to help another patient. She was very friendly though so I just waited and didn't complain. But they really should have more than 1 hygienist so that patients are not interrupted during their appointment. I feel if I have an appointment, then the professional should not leave the room multiple times to assist another patient because I'm paying my money in exchange for a service. Not only that how would they feel if I left and said I have to get my money. I will be back to pay you later? I mean it's just poor customer service. Also , the dentist could be friendlier. But overall the welcoming personality of the hygienist made the experience at least tolerable.

The experience was not what I expected. The woman taking my x rays was not patient due to when trying to take x rays, I had a hyperactive gag reflex and I could not get specific x rays of the roots of my teeth. I asked for someone else with more patience. So she brought in the dental hygienist.The dental hygienist was very friendly and welcoming and was able to get some of the x rays completed.

Amazing. They actually took care of me. They checked everything, told me all they had found and how to help it. Super sweet all of the staff. I felt like they truly wanted to help me. God bless.
