This is the best place for all mailing services in Highlands County! Always friendly and helpful. Without exception. I have used the other option here and they always have some sort of lecture and are not in the least friendly.
I can not say enough good about Goin Postal!! We traveled from Atlanta and stayed in Sebring. My husband forgot some clothing items in the hotel and we were unable to get someone from the hotel to help with getting them to us. This wonderful company went and picked the items up for us and shipped them and was SO very nice to work with. Didn't charge us for the courier service to get the clothes and the shipping was EXTREMELY reasonable. I can't thank them enough for helping us out when we were in a pinch! You are the BEST! Thank you so much.
Made a visit here on Saturday 4/29/17. Counter person was not very knowledgeable. Claimed USPS would not ship our package (25 lbs 43x21x11) "even if we took it directly to the post office" because it was too large. We left and took our package to Alligator Pack n Ship and shipped from there. Would not recommend using Goin' Postal until employees receive further training.
