I don't know about you but I don't have time for this kind of service.
Here's the kicker, 5 minutes after I left (8 minutes after my appointment window) the service man calls and says he's at my house. FRUSTRATING!
They can't do very good work if they don't even show up - used them for years and used to be very happy. Now, they can't seem to get it together. I called during the last 10 minutes of my appointment window and the female that answered said she couldn't find my appointment. She tried to re-schedule me for the next day. I couldn't take the appointment because I already wasted an hour and a half out of my work week to wait for them...
I've worked with Jeff and his company for many years and have always been satisfied with both the excellent service I've received and the reasonable pricing. They are fair, professional, and prompt. A+ all around.
