Me and my son walked into Lowe's today looking for cleaning supplies to clean our house after the big storm. As we're looking this gentleman engaged me asking if I needed any help finding anything. I seen that he was working hard and I didn't want him to stop what he was doing so I said "no I'm fine". After a few more minutes of me looking around my son started crying, making a scene. This gentleman came back over and asked what was I working on that he may be able to help me, Then he looks at my son and says big boys don't cry he instantly touch my heart without knowing it. My husband pasted away a few months ago and he would always say that phase to my son to claim him down. The gentleman name is Timere & he was such a blessing which he even helped me with my bags. I will always remember this young man god bless.
The store was clean and accommodating. Clem helped me find everything I needed, his customer service was excellent.
