IRMA BLEW MY DOCK TO SHREDS AND THAT SAID THE WATER CAUSED THAT DAMAGE, FUNNY, THE WATER NEVER HURT MY DOCK BEFORE, COULD THE WIND OF PLAYED A PART, DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE A RIP OFF. CALLED THIS OFFICE TWO DAYS AGO TO TALK TO SOMEONE AND NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL.

We were hit from behind on March 10 in Winter Haven. The claims process has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am about 10 seconds away from calling an attorney to deal with both Ms. Kennedy and State Farm in general. Do yourself a favor and take your money and insurance needs elsewhere. We learned the hard way.
