We had a house fire and everything soft in our bedroom and bathroom had smoke damage. Clothing, pillows, towels, bedding, rugs, the dogs bed, curtains, dresses, suits. You name it and it was damaged. We chose Griffins dry cleaning to help us with all that. I feel like this was the ultimate test. Not only were Ray, Trey, and Mark 3 of the absolute kindest people we ever met... the pride they have in this family owned business really showed. Every single thing we got back was beautiful, clean, neat, and orderly. We feel like they treated all of our garments and textiles with the same respect as if they were their own. Our 300+ piece order was finished in just a few days also!! The bonus was their big hearts and truly kind personalities. I work in the hospitality industry. I notice and really appreciate being treated well in business establishments no matter what they are. This is a family owned company ( since 1968 I believe? ) that every town wishes they could call their own.
