Our kitchen sink faucet shut down late last night. You don't know how much you miss it until you have to haul water from the laundry sink! I called as soon as they opened (9:00 a.m.) and was told they could have someone out in twenty minutes. The young man who came out was polite and efficient. He was here a long time because he had to replace the faucet (he offered to try to fix it, but I had never liked that faucet anyway, so he agreed to let me run to Lowes and pick one up which he installed). When he told me the cost was only $123, I was surprised. I thought it would be over $200 for sure by the time he finished. He had the old faucet out when I got back and had the new one installed in no time. Now we have a great faucet and plenty of water and we are very happy campers! Thank you, Monarch.
