The full timer residents are so back biting and gossiping that there was actually a sign posted that said 'no gossiping' like that would work. Very clicky and mean.
Friendly, quiet, and the lake is beautiful. We like it so much that when we came here last fall as snowbirds, we decided to just stay!
There isn't a gun big enough to make me go back to that hole!!
cc is so wrong in their post. This is a very nice place. Everyone helps each other out and i have been here a month and love it here, just sorry I have to go home to Ohio after im done doing hurricane repairs!!
Watch the fake reviews!! The park itself is older with a lot of trees which is nice. However any pavement such as sidewalks along where our RV is was very broken up and I was always afraid of tripping. The garbage STINKS and there are several sites very close to the dumpsters. Pool is closed at 6pm!! Its FL there are so many nice evenings! There is a lot of back biting among the full timers to the seasonals. I HATED IT THERE!!!! The management seriously had mental issues and created a lot of the problems. The price is low BUT the propane is way too high and so are the electric costs! It pans out to go someplace else that seems higher but includes the utilities and is actually run PROFESSIONALLY!!!. The laundry has only cold water. Half of the machines work. I have to wonder if the water isn't pulled from the lake because it wasn't clean water! Seriously. We went else where for laundry!
