BEWARE OF THEIR PREPAID! I was told they had LTE coverage in my area when they do not. I am unable to acess any data where I live. Now they refuse to refund any of the $86 I paid yesterday for a service that they can't actually provide. I also have a useless Verizon phone which is now a $250 paperweight. Do not trust their fraudulent coverage map or anything they say about their network.

I have not always been best pleased with Verizon. But currently we are cleaning up from Hurricane Irma, running the refrigerator on a generator, and suffering in the FL heat. And my Verizon service is running full throttle. Even during the worst of the storm itself, and we got hammered by the eye wall, my ability to communicate was at least intermittent. To top it off, Verizon texted us to let us know it was waiving overage charges for customers in affected areas. So Verizon, you have aggravated me at times, but you came through when I really needed you. I WILL remember. Thank you!
Busy Place! Went in looking for a particular item for my business. Had to wait longer than I wanted to....however, when I finally had service, it was spot on. Ordered the item I wanted, quickly and efficiently. Walked out happy!
BTW - I only went to buy a replacement phone for work. Nothing complicated, just a simple purchase. Never (ever) again.
I survived Irmageddon and nine days without power. We had two fires and a heart attack that the fire dept. couldn't come out for. The trip to my local Verizon store was much worse than all that and more. My COPD is aggravated by stressful situations and it took me three days to be able to breathe properly.
Very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
