I called about getting a custom cake made for my daughter's birthday she had me send her a pic of the cake I wanted and said she would get back to me the next day.... she never did follow up with me...How freaking rude!!!
I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Brandi at Cake Wanted Bakery. I reached out to her about creating a cake for a furniture store ribbon cutting ceremony. Brandi sent me pictures of very detailed and beautiful sofa and bed shaped cakes, stating she could make something similar. The cake we ended up receiving was no where near the quality of the cakes she had provided us pictures with. The shape barely resembled a sofa, unlike the original picture she shared, and the cake itself was dry. When I reached out to Brandi asking for a partial refund (she charged us $375!) since what she delivered did not meet my expectations, she didn't respond to my emails and even blocked me from messaging her on Facebook. I wanted to handle this situation maturely and her lack of professionalism really shocked me. I will gladly remove this review if I receive the refund and the response that I deserve. As of now, I would not recommend this bakery to anyone.
