Nice professional young ladies. We asked for fresh coffee, and an immediate w/o question, a new pot was brewed. An easy in and out over-the-counter experience with smiles:-) Although I personally did not get their names, I wish we had, as to give them both proper recognition. THANK YOU!
This Dunkin charges more than others in the area. So don't waste your money and drive a few extra miles to get more reasonable pricing. The signs in the drive through even advertised the same price as other places, but when I got to the register the price had magically gone up. The associate informed me that it had just changed but they have not had the chance to update the menu and signs. However I called two other Dunkin Donuts and checked my app.... and no where else did they experience the price hike. And then my drink wasn't even to the fill line when I did get it.
I had an issue recently where I stood inside waiting for service for 10 minutes as the employees played around in the back area. Manager was one of the people back there playing. I repeatedly said hello and nobody responded or cared. To say the least I will not go back there. Time of day was 9pm.
