Drove 70 miles for an appointment to look at a truck that wasn't there. I had the appointment for 2 days and I get there and "the truck went to auction is what I was told" mean while the truck is still on there website sounds like a bait and switch tactic. I will never deal with those liars.
I gave 5 stars, largely because of their tow truck driver's amazing service and attitude. He made a not-so-pleasant situation much better than it could have been. Service advisor was also professional and helpful.
I have had my vehicle serviced multiple times at this location. I have not always been satisfied with the customer service, but I was blown away this time. Jeannette Schaefer was outstanding. I was so thrilled with the way she treated me and will always ask for her in the future. She really is a great asset to Alan Jay. I also want to include the red-head who was working at the Cashier station. She was outstanding as well and just a joy to work with. Keep up the great work!
Had my F250 in for oil change and tire rotation When I picked up my truck I checked to see if the oil service percentage reminder had be reset to 100% and it was not. I then checked the tire presure indicator and found the presure had not been adjusted when the tires were rotated. My front tires are a lower presure then the rear tires as per Ford door stricker. These are not big things but are part of the service process and the technician should have known to do this. Other than these two minor things I had a good experience with Alan jay ford service.
This dealership is a joke. I recently brought my vehicle in for service due to a water leak originating from the trunk. After inspecting the vehicle, an associate named Eddie claimed that the leak was coming from my vehicles firewall. This was an obvious attempt to scam/exploit me. I had the vehicle fixed for the same issue in the past when my vehicle was covered under warranty and they told me that if it was the same issue, it would be fixed at no cost to me, but if not, I would have to pay. This is why they attempted to scam me. Unbeknownst to them, I checked the vehicle prior to bringing it for service and I found the leak coming clearly from the trunk. After notifying the service manager Jeremy where the leak was actually coming from, he then proceeded to do a check himself and found that it was coming from the trunk. They held my vehicle for over a week and the leak is still NOT fixed. BEWARE OF THIER ATTEMPTS TO SCAM/EXPLOIT PEOPLE!!!
