Excellent car buying experience. Our Salesperson, Sam was great. Explained all the new functions in detail of our new Highlander. He and Mr. Pate, General Manager did what they said the would do with the highest degree of professionalism and respect for us, (the customer). Went to Alan Jay with my daughter to get an oil change and find a problem in her washers everyone was courteous and professional we had some questions about possibly trading up to a newer vehicle all our questions were answered and a very friendly open way I was actually quite impressed I generally don't like to go to car dealerships they may have changed my mind
The very best got there a little late got oil change Tires rotated they even washed and vacuumed my car I Love Them Service was excellent
