Awful experience twice. Non of the employees are nice or gentle. Besides the waiting time is too much. Not recommend this store in Sebring.
I must however, say that every time they got to me, there knowledge and attitude was great.
They don't rush you and make you leave thinking they could have done better. I give them a 10.
This place gets very busy, but when I was there the wait was only about 10 minutes. In the past I have waited over an hour. It is the only AT&T in Highlands County so they have a lot of people to serve.
I've ben waiting at the store for a very long time and there's still people waiting as well there's only 2 people working and aparently they have no idea of what they are doing
