Erica, the "assistant manager" tried to make me pay double for a used bedroom set that I could have purchased new at Rooms to Go for half that price. It wasn't even a full set. They broke 2 pieces in "moving." Also, eating and talking on her phone in front of me while trying to assist me is far from professional. I don't see how she is still an assistant manager. Going to pay this bedroom set off then they have lost my business!
