Absolutely the worst experience EVER! Ordered a special bouquet for my husband for Valentine's Day today and only received a portion of what I paid for Tried calling for 3 hours to a busy signal. Left a message with the delivery guy to have them call...no call yet. Finally was a able to leave a message on their machine after 7:30pm...awaiting a call to rectify this absolutely horrible experience. This was my first & LAST time ordering from this horrible place! Oh...forget calling the toll free number...it's just a call center & they can't do a damn thing to assist!
