I've been using Aaron's for over 10 years, but have only been dealing with this store for the past few. They don't seem as organized as they could be and messed up our payment schedule for a new lease which costed us $10 until they agreed to fix it. I probably will not do business with this particular store again unless things change.

I wish I could give this place a zero star rating it has been the worst customer service experience ever I got a tv and couch from them the tv first they gave me the wrong remote then brought me out another remote which was not for my tv so they said they had to order it that's been over a month ago I still have no remote... Now the tv is acting up and there supposed to be out here at 11am and it's 330 now I have spoken to Dave twice and he's said both times he should be here shortly and still no one here I would not recommend anyone to this store or Aaron's at all if this is the service you get
