Kaye and the Store Manager L.B.C. his initials are the most amazing people to deal with. We bought an bedroom set, Mattress and warranty plan. Great financing which we absolutely took advantage of. Can't wait for our delivery.
We were greeted when we entered the store but not pressured with a lot of questions. However Arianne gave us the space to wonder the store but she stepped in before we became overwhelmed! She listened to what we thought we wanted, she showed us what we thought we wanted, then she took us to what she knew would be the perfect fit for us! She was right! We love it! We will return to Ashley for all our furniture needs.
This is one of the cleanest most beautiful stores I've visited! It's very obvious the staff takes great pride in their store! The staff is so friendly and I was greeted very warmly as soon as I walked through the door. I normally buy my furniture from other competitors but because of the amazing staff and the way I was treated, I'll never shop for furniture, lightening, or home decor anywhere else! It's so different to be greeted like family, especially when I'm shopping for my home!!! Thank you so much!!!
We went to purchase a new sofa. Our sales lady was very informative on the line of sofas we looked at. She was able to answer all our questions concerning the product selected and gave us a better price than what was listed as the product was on sale. We will visit the store again for future purchases.

My husband and I walked into the store and was immediately greeted. She asked what we were interested in trying to find. We told her, she said "they are everywhere throughout the store, take a look around, I will be glad to help you." There were no sales associates hounding us, just me and my husband looking around at our own pace. It was nice. When we made our selections, she was very courteous to do a comparison price list for us, as we were indecisive as to which one to get. She was very helpful and to the point. We left with a better deal on a higher quality set of furniture.
