I felt like I went back to the 70's. The country music was from the 70's HeeHaw and the Grand Ole Opra. The decor was stuck in a time warp. Dust hanging from the broken rusty chandeliers was decades old. The food was mediocre! The wait staff cleared tables by stacking plates 10 high full of food that was sliding down the front of their clothes and into the floor. Super gross and um sanitary! The have busbins but management won't let them use them on the floor.
Been eating there for more years than i can remember. Love it. Very friendly staff. I love to start with their vegetable soup and add to it. Turning it into a stew. For desert, i take milk and add their soft ice cream and chocolate syrup and make a milk shake. Yum yum......
Great place to eat. The food is awesome with everything you could possibly want from pizza to meat loaf. Prices are reasonable and seating is comfortable. Will definitely go back.
I eat here because it is convenient and my Mom likes the variety of a smorgasbord type place. They don't have good enough food to be as high on their price as they are. The worst part about it is that it is not consistent. Sometimes you go and the food is really pretty good. Other times not so much! I will say, I love the Tornado Cake topped with ice-cream. It would be nice if they would make a way to just have salad bar.
My wife and I agree that this is the best “all you can eat” places we have ever experienced. The food was incredible. The meatloaf was the best I’ve ever had and the ribs were amazing. We live an hour and a half away but will make the drive just to go back.
