Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Treated myself and the others I worked with a great eating experience, great service, and all so polite. Thank you all very much. I am so sorry I didn't get the chance to tell you all in person before I was shipped our.
Usually good food and service, not so this morning. Had coffee which was ok, eggs were good, bacon not the best quality, pancakes taated sour. I questioned waitress if the batter was fresh this morning and she assured me that it was. Needless to say hubby and I only had a couple bites of them. Waitress didn't seem to care to make it any better. Makes ya not want to go back.
Four adults ate on deck today, enjoying the food and great service! Watching the activity of planes landing/taking off made entertainment on this beautiful day. Then we watched the Porsches, etc., running laps on the track
Nice little cafe overlooking the airport, located inside the airport terminal. Cafe style menu with hot and cold sandwiches, burgers, salads, and po boys. Food was served in baskets but the portions were good and our meals were hot and fresh. The two servers were friendly and attentive. Seemed like a mix of locals and people that had flown into the airport for lunch.
We were very disappointed. After traveling from two different parts of the country to watch the 12 hour race, we arrived at the restaurant hungry and tired only to be turned away. Apparently they stop serving lunch at 2:30, and I admit we were a bit late. But it was exactly 2:32 and a woman seated at the bar coldly stated "we are closed". So we had to have lunch elsewhere. I don't feel that this is good customer service, and will not return.
