Love the food here! Great staff too! Love the new modern look and feel. Very clean.
Waited at the in the front lobby for over 5 minutes before we had to ask if their was a hostess. They said yes and again we waited longer. We had my friends elderly mother-in-law who couldn't stand long but the only chairs in the waiting area were tall and she was too little to use them. Then we sat ourselves. Then we waited again and when the hates/ waitress came she made excuses about begging short handed. There were only 3 tables with guests at them. When she left I noticed 2 employees sitting at the waiting area talking while there were multiple tables sitting dirty. Also, when she brought our drinks to us afterinsisting on us using to go cups, she came out carrying 5 drinks against her body. So gross and not professional! So much for impressing someone that was here visiting from another country. Oh... and let me mention the huge blow flies that were everywhere... so discussing!
Had lunch there today good was perfect. Very busy at the time Construction going on at the time. My server Krista ( I think)and another server where working together so well you could tell they knew what they were doing.
Favorite spot for lunch! I admit the location couldn't be more convenient, it's located right behind our office building (Advantage Realty) but even if it wasn't, we'd still be there for lunch on a regular basis. Smoked meats are out of this world, waiters treat you like family. Restrooms are always clean. Best place to eat BBQ.
Too much great BBQ! Server was awesome. I definitely will go back when I'm in the area!
I watched the staff lug ice bags to keep the ice machine going, and this staff never showed the stress working under construction they were acutely encouraging each other. Koodos to the management team best sonny's ever .
