I was referred there by my primary care Dr. Waited 60 days for an appointment. It wasn't urgent so no biggy. The appointment stated to arrive 15 min early for paperwork so I did, it took 15 min just to be able to get to desk to sign in. It was 930 in the morning so it could not have been much run on from earlier apps. They have one waiting room, then after you have waited so long they move you to another waiting room. They obviously overbook as regular practice. If your time is important to you don't go here!!!!!
We are new residents from northern Ohio. Previous health care physicians were from cleveland clinic, university hospital and north ohio heart center all extremely efficient and known for their service. We were referred to Cardiology Associates by fellow retired/active law enforcement friends. We were fortunate to be assigned to Dr Rey Arcenas who had just arrived from Ohio previously with Kettering Medical Ctr & Dayton VA. The set up is very similar to what we have seen up north. There are more people down here with serious heart issues just because of the aging population so sometimes the drs need to spend more times with some patients than others. We found Dr Arcenas & his staff very knowledgeable. Our new patient consult went well and we are looking forward to a long medical relationship with our physican and his staff. The staff is busy and I imagine they will ony get busier once the seasonal population comes back from up north. We were happy with our experience.
