Horrible bedside manner. They did two surgeries on me and still never fix the problem. Of course they wanted to do another surgery no thanks I will find a better doctor

Went here cause I was having tonsil stones and they dismissed me and said all was fine!!! Had to pay to go out of town to find what really was going on!! Horrible bed side manners and left feeling worse then when I came in!! Will never go back. Ever.
Where to start with this place? I was referred to an ENT after being diagnosed with dysphagea by a general practitioner but the place they referred me to did not accept my insurance, so I found this place, which was the closest to my location. When I arrived I was greeted by a nurse running the desk who was very friendly, although she had told me that she had never run the desk in her life, but I signed in and gave her my insurance and everything nonetheless. First they took me back to do an X Ray of my sinuses and then they put me in a waiting room. The nurse came in and hung up the X Ray images, and then proceeded to numb my sinuses with the linocaine spray, although I was very congested so it didnt go up both nostrils, which I told the nurse. She said that it would be fine and she left the room. When the doctor and nurse came back in I had told them that my left side wasn't numb but the other side was fine. Ok before I even get to the next part I just want to point out that during this entire appointment, the doctor did not so much as glance at the x ray images. So anyway, the doctor takes his throat scope and proceeds to jam it up my LEFT nostril, which caused me to gag and sneeze violently. The doctor says 'Everything looks fine. Some redness and swelling. You sound horrible.' He proceeds to get me a sample nasal spray which he tells me is 100 dollars a bottle. Ok so I goto check out and the nurse who is running the office tells me I'm all set and I go home. So basically, this spray I recieved is absolute garbage and does nothing for me. Also, I forgot to mention FMLA paperwork is required by my job for extended periods of time due to illness, which I had brought to the office. The doctor filled out the paperwork wrong, so my employer tells me to contact the doctor to have him correct it. I called this doctors office in excess of 20 times, sometimes I was just hung up on, other times I was transferred to the 'FMLA paperwork lady' voicemail box, which I left 3 to 4 messages on and NEVER got a call back from anyone. I was terminated from my job, but luckily I was able to speak to my warehouse manager personally to review my records and he discovered that other than the attendance fiasco, I was a model employee, and he rehired me on the spot. So anyway, I don't even know why I went back to the place for my follow up appointment, because it ended up being an even sadder state of affairs. The nurse was no longer running the desk, and there was a much less friendly woman, who after another round of the doctor's severe lack of care and attention to detail and throwing trial sprays at people hoping that it does something, the woman informed me that I had a balance due for my previous appointment as well as the current appointment, which ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done, even though the nurse who was running the office at the previous appointment said nothing about anything being due. The doctor basically told me to try changing my diet and see if that works. This is after the nurse numbed my sinuses again, and the doctor basically said that the scope wasn't necessary. He seemed to be in a rush. I feel bad for all the people who goto this place expecting to be taken care of. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and stay away from the Barranco Clinic.
