I have found Dr. and staff to be very helpful and have been using them since 2002. If I need a specialist Dr sends me to appropriate one.
More than that however was the doctor. It's a shame there aren't more doctor offices in Highlands County with "walk-in clinic" in the name. He remains in business only because of that little bit of bait and switch advertising. The doctor would never succeed in a bigger town because he doesn't give a crap about you or your health.
These people are terrible. My wife had a splinter in her leg .they made us pay $65 copay when we were not required. Did not get the splinter out charged Medicare and our insurance company $651for putting bandaid on it .we have called tried to get some resolve on this and they could care less.i would not recommend anyone to go there
Had the unfortunate pleasure of going here back in 2008. The front staff back then were extremely unprofessional and inept at handling everyday tasks like... answering the phone... or looking at the person who's speaking to them.
Go here only if every other doctor in existence suddenly disappears. Also if every human being with at least a 3rd gra- actually- 2nd grade education also disappears.
